I have placed order for laptop on 18th Aug 2010. Order no is ********8. It is expected to be delivered on 9th Sept 2010. I understand that it has been despatched to Blue Dart. When contacted Blue Dart they say they have no service at the addess of delivery. They are just passing time and doing nothing. When contacted Dell they direct me to Blue Dart. This shows that Dell does not think that it is their primary responsibility to deliver. As of today the laptop stands undelivered. Blue Dart have no clue as to when they can deliver.

It is really strange and disgusting.

Will Dell India take any action. Multinationals are behaving like Govt offices. It is disturning.
