The number of coaches of Maa Tara exp has been increased over the last one month. The 13187 up usually arrives on platform no 4 at Bandel Jn. Platform no 4 is the shortest among the other 6 platforms as a result ladies and disabled compartments are standing outside the platform no 4 causing too much inconvenience to senior citizens, ladies, disabled personnel to catch up the train.
Complainant's Goal: Ladies and disabled persons can get into 13187 up safely at Bandel Jn.
Complainant's Target: Station Master of Bandel Jn.
