This incident is happening on dated 11/02/2012 at 6:46 pm. I was go to the PNB atm at Shivalic Nagar chowk for cash withdrawal. There is two machine in one cabin and according to my sequence I was use left one. But when I was insert my case I found machine become hang and the screen become white even I was not put my password. then I was go to right side machine and withdraw 6000 rs. First I withdraw 5000 rs. then 500 rs. and last 500 rs. After taking all the cash I was taking mini statement and went out. There is three transition done by me and taking approx 3 to 5 min. After 2 mins I was received a text msg, that was from PNB. According to msg the first ATM machine (left one) where firstly I was inserting my card deduct my account by 10000rs. I was again go to that machine and found that machine is in hanged position. I was immediatly call to customer care and raise complaint. He told me that you will get your money in between 7 working days. Than I was go to my bank (PNB Roshnabad) and file a written complaint to branch manager. My bank manager told me that dont worry you will get your money. And also he told me that if any miss happening is there than we will show you the footage. But there is no any action and output found from bank. Then I was go to circle office and again file written complaint to IT head, but they refuse to receive that complaint. I was asking why they not received my complaint but the IT manager refuse to give answer. He told me that your money is deducted and we are doing anything. We didnt show you the footage and any other details to you. He again told me that you will go to polish or court but we will not do anything. Presently I am under pressure because I was taking that money from market on high interest. I am totally hopeless because bank not responding. Plz help me to get my money.
