I had given my I Phone 5 handset to the Apple Service Centre in CP , New Delhi last Friday ( 7 days ago ) . The handset has been given in for the same problem earlier as we'll . Issue being the top button is not functioning . Upon return , the service executive dropped the replaced handset . Now to have the same handset replaced by Apple as the handset got damaged , have to wait for another 4 days until Tuesday OR Wednesday . This I term as unfair as the fault was on part of the customer service executive . The customer has to un voluntarily be inconvenienced due to lack of proper procedures and guidelines . The Manager in question is Vinod Kumar Sharma , Mgr IT and service . The outlet is managed by Future World Retails Ltd .
Please take appropriate action .
