consumer - KOLLYWOOD MMS_2 connected without my option. Stop it. immediately.

I am using Airtel Mobile (Prepaid) since several years. My Mobile No. is ********53.

On 22/5/12, I received an SMS which reads : "AD-AIRINF: Thank you for choosing KOLLYDOOD MMS_2 on your airtel
mobile. You have been charged Rs.2.0 for 1 day and your account balance
post charging is Rs.139.88, at 12:27. From: AD-AIRINF 22/5/12 12:22"



I have not opted for the Kollywood MMS_2.

This is beyond justice.

Please stop this to save my balance amount.

Complainant's Goal: Unwanted items like KOLLYWOOD MMS-2 should not be continued.

HI RAJENDRA You can try *121# from your mobile, One menu will appear, in that reply with 5(Stop a Service). then select the option(KOLLYWOOD MMS_2) it will take 4 hours to deactivate.
