Dear sir,

this complaint refers to shifting of house hold from Bharuch(gujarat) to Patiala(punjab). he claims to provide a professional services which includes --

Packing

Loading

transport

unloading

unpacking

while our deal finalize he told that we will do all the activities in 3 days , within 3 days we will reach to patiala destination . but his working is very much unprofessional he drops my house hold at the boader of Ghaziabad(UP). whenever i call kaushik , most of the time he cuts the phone call . after 10 days i get my households. THERE WAS NO ONE TO UNLOAD THE LUGGAGE FROM TRUCK AND UNPACKING. I MYSELF UNLOAD THE LUGGAGE FROM TRUCK . when i call kaushik about this issue he said it is upto u ,if u want ur luggage then unload it otherwise do anything . its ur problem.

The whole service was very much un professional and he harashes alot .
