I paid Rs. 1950/- through credit card to kaunsa.com for micromax phone. But after 15 days on 28june2013 they called me and said the required item is out of stock, they will send a voucher instead of phone. But asked to give back my money, then they agreed to refund the money with 5% deduction. But after that more than 35 days have passed they neither responded nor receiving the call. So, please do somthing to get my money back
