My name is Sagar Waghmare. The Business Development Executive named Mr. Avinav Kumar in Nagpur has fraudulently made a contract with me. First of all I did not know that it was a contract. When I came to know about this I insisted him not to deposit my cheque but he deliberately added prior knowing to the fact that I have canceled them already. I have a phone recording with him that "I do not need this service and to stop the process". Hence, I want justdial.com to immediately take actions against mr. Avinav Kumar.
The said business named "Sai Home Service" with mobile number ********31 is mere startup idea and it is not in operation right now. It's been closed a month ago, therefore, the inquiries are of no use to me. Why should I forcefully pay for the service that I do not need in the first place? This fraudster mr. Avinav Kumar just for the greed of commission on monthly basis is not receiving my calls and also not co-operating with the deactivation process. I want justdial.com to immediately terminate my contract and deactivate my account.
I don't want justdial.com services and they are forcefully looting me and taking my money from my bank account. This is day light robbery.
