Where should i start from...it has alot of poor services and customer dissatisfaction and to my notice whoever has got a service from them has not been satisfied at all.. I m putting this complaint becuase i feel like i should help others to know about these people. They register the people take their biodata and pics and after the payment they give actually fail to give any kinda services. its like theyll show the pics of the people who have got married because of them and then theyll make u register and pay 1500. theyll talk to u very sweetly. after regsitration theyll give a bundle of biodata and ask u to choose and then the communication gap starts. Its like we call them to knw whats the answer of the other party for my son or daughter and they keep on giving excuses.. If someone is interested in your son or daughter which u or neither of anyone from your family likes and doesnt want to go ahead with it then theyll keep on forcing u to do it. Because they will get their share of 15000 from both the parties. But its simple. If we dont like we dont like it. U cannot force us to like someone we do not like ..
The story doesnt ends here. theyll stop giving u response after that with one particular reason stating that the earlier party was interested u wont get a better bride or groom than this. An Incident came to my notice. One of the registered member whos been registered from more than 1 year...he;s been contacting them from ages and didnt get any proper response. He calls them to take their appointment to see more profiles for his kid but they keep on giving excuses that they are out with a client. Jai Keswani whos the owner of the firm and Varsha keswani whos the co owner they are supposed to be in the pimpri office on Sunday but when this person called him in the morning he said that he would be there by the afternoon later in the afternoon this person called him again and he said " I told u ill call u before i come to Pimpri office" but when his kid came to knw about this he checked him in pimpri's office he was sitting with other clients ..when this customer called him again he said to renew the membership for the current year and his services would start again. Renewal to an empty service?? is that what u mean Mr Jai keswani or Mrs Varsha keswani
Not only this if a new person calls him. He diverts his complete attention from the existing customer to the new customer until this new customer pays him that registration amount. This happened to my friend who went an registered with him there was already an existing customer who was sitting with him and looking at the profile. He welcomed my friend and asked him to pay the registration amount but due to less amount in the pocket my friend said that he'll pay that later he showed him all the profiles even the ones which the exisiting customer were looking at . The existing customer went without any profile details. because his complete attention was to gain interest of my friend and make him pay the same day.

Is that a daily collection job
Are u selling milk or bread omlet on the road.
U are into a Service. and the Biggest achievement in a service is client satisfaction. and not money collection
Marriages are made in Heaven u r the cupid to make 2 right people meet each other and marry them as per the Heavens wish and this service should be with end to end satisfaction so that the bride and the groom or their family bless u for the entire life time to unite them.
Sitting behind a Big Desk with all the equipments big chair. fancy mobile and laptops, flaunting ur assets like ur own shop and telling people about ur properties in pune like having 2 flats and a car shows ur greed and the urgency of earning money. forcing incorrect people unite so that u get your benefit within a year and later u wont even care about wat happens between them..

Making your own customer roam around u shows the way u handle people. shows ur people management skills. ur service to a customer


Guys please beware of Jhulelal Matrimony. Dont waste ur money infact do the following things...
Register on Matrimony websites. Get a personalised service where a manager would be assigned to u it hardly cost 15000 but the service is work 150000 where he would use a master password and give u all the profiles on their website. stand with u to match the profile as per your requirements and keep on helping u till u get a perfect birde or a groom. if u dont like a profile he would give u another if not another the 3rd and so on. if u wanna fix a meeting with the other party this manager would be the person to arrange everything. even if u dont like he wont mind and would give u another option. its 15000 its a big amount but still its worth

Or else
take a package gold, silver or platinum. short list profiles. maintain a diary and then get information from facebook linkedin their friend circles, because a man is known by the company he/she keeps and then his/her pics and posts. finally ull come to knw wat kinda character is that person and whther he matches u or not.
