lost Rs. 1000/- to JeetLe. I ordered supply of Philips brand hearing ear phones worth Rs. 1000/- and paid the amount on line. The payment was received through their paymaster and they acknowledged the amount but did not supply this product. Note : I have not participated in any reverse auction. I paid full value of product on 30.9.2012. Today is 17th Oct. 2012. So far they did not supply this product. I reminded and they said order is under process. I asked the webmaster to refund the amount or supply the product. I also asked their paymaster to arrange a refund or supply the product. I have minutely observed and found so many defects in the website that is beneficial to the Administrator of the website but losing money of the consumer. I do not know whom to complaint and how to complain on on-line frauds such as JeetLe. I warn the public not to deal with JeetLe in any manner. I am giving m y order reference and reply given by them on 5.10.2012.
