Respected sir,

As per punjab health and family welfare department, the new law introduces from may 2010 ,that only 1 whole sale drug licence will give after 5 reatailer shop, (i.e 1:5). but goverment didnot recheck even single time after may 2010 that how many goverment approved pharmasist are suffer by this decsion.because goverment approved pharmaist i.e d-pharmasist are also comes under this law so why goverment givinnig himher pharmasist degree, its not a law its another step to increase un-employment in punjab. IF GOVERMENT STAY WITH THIS LAW THAN IT IS APPLICABLE TO ONLY THOSE CANDIDATE WHO ARE NOT GOVERMENT REGESTERD PHARMASIST.


1 THE PERSON WHO ARE STUDY IN GOVERMENT COLLEGES FOR 2 YEAR STUDY & THEN 1 YEAR TO GET THE GOVERMENT APPROVED DEGREE.THEN GOVERMENT SAYS THE RULE ARE CHANGED.

2 THE PERSON WHO RENTED A SHOP AFTER FITTING & ALL REQURIED EQUIPMENTS INSTAALED IN SHOP & PAY THE RENT FOR LAST 1 YEAR & WHEN THE TIME TO GET LICENCE THEN GOVERMENT SAYS WAIT FOR 2-3 YEARS THEN TELL ME WHATT WOULD THAT THEN DO.


SO PLEASE SIR THIS IS OUR OPNION .THAT WE WILL NEVER EXPRESS TO GOVERMENT ,WITH THE HELP OF THIS WE CAN EXPRESS OURSELF & PROBLEMS TO GOVERMENT. SO GOVERMENT COULD SEE THE PLOBLEMS OF GOVERMENT APPROVED DEGREE HOLDERS.
