i know for fact that Vodafone sucks big time.. Its getting worst day
by day... Soon i will definitely take legal actions for all that has
happened...
My number ********44.. Look into the number of complaints that i have made..
I did a top up for 38 to activate for sms on 9th.. It ws not activated
till 18th evening after number of arguments with the agents.. The
sickest part is.. As per policy 30 days is validity 10 days is gone in
the poor service and what to giving for the customer nothing.. No ten
days extension .. I Did not use much of sms these ten days. I was
refund for the money i lost in sms and ten days extension..
I just explained my problem when it comes to agents and supervisor i
spoke to .. They are funny as they act as if they did not understand
and stick to policy.. Was i benefited from day one... I need justice
for all i went through..
Vodafone sucks.. I will paste this in as many forms as i can
