Sir I have ordered a microsoft lumia mobile via e bay india located in mumbai. It was sent by a seller from Faridabad and his mobile is always switched off. E bay directed the seller to send the mobile to me. When I opened I was shocked and it was a used mobile contains more unknown numbers and photos. Many mails and phone calls I made to the e bay customer care but they are stating it comes under manufacturing warranty. When I contacted microsoft care center in chennai, they told no warranty for online purchase and cannot replace it.
The mobile it self showing it is a :retail Demo Piece". The e bay is asking me to contact the seller whereas the seller is always in switched off mode. e bay is solely responsible for this. Agony of the thing is, I recommended the e bay for my working colleague who in turn bought this mobile through me.
