Dear Sir,
1. My name is AC Thapliyal and I am from Rishikesh (Uttarakhand).
2. This complaint is related to m/s WWW.SHOPECO.CO.IN, who is selling solar items online.
3. On 29.04.13, I logged-on to web site of m/s SHOPECO and placed order for the supply of one number Solar Street Light LED 6W Equivalent to 125W Halogen Bulb with Pole. They were supposed to ship the items in the name of my wife Meenakshi Thapliyal.
4. Online payment of Rs 5999/- was made by me on account of price of said item (inclusive of all taxes & shipping charges)
5. M/s SHOPECO issued Order Confirmation Number: 455********4876 against my order for reference
6. On online order tracking web page of company, the expected shipping date was mentioned 08/05/13.
7. But till date I have not received the item. I have sent three mails to know status of my order on 20/05/13, 28/05/13 & 29/05/13, but they didn’t bother to reply to any of my mails.
8. I tried to contact them at their Customer Care Department number ********99. But unfortunately no one is there to pickup the phone. Either it will be busy or if it rings they will reject call (I received busy tone after few rings). Same thing happens at CC landline number - 011-30201035. No one is there to attend the phone and it is just the wastage of time and money to try on this number.
9. Either the company should supply the item or should refund my money with interest at the earliest.
