HI,

I AM AVIJIT MUKHERJEE,I HAVE MADE A NEW APPLICATION FROM HAPPYHOME INDENE GAS AGENCY[LAKE TOWN] KOLKATA-700089,IN 27TH OCTOBAR,2010.

AS PER THE NORMS I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS LIKE VOTER ID. PAN CARD,RATION CARD,MY LATEST RENT RECIEPT IN 27TH IN HAPPYHOME.

AT THAT TIME THEY TAKE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND SAID THEY POST A LETTER IN MY ADDRESS AND I WILL SHORTLY REACIVED THAT.

AFTER TEN DAYS I GO THERE AND ASK THEM ABOUT THE LETTER THEY SAID THET THEY POST THE LETTER IN 31ST OF OCTOBAR,2010.BUT TILL TODAY I DID NOT REACIVED THET ONE,TODAY WHEN I SEE THE REACIPT WHICH THEY GIVE IN 27 TH,I SAW THAT ADDRESS IS WRONG THE ADDRESS IS IN THE REACIPT IS 76/C,BUT IT HAS TO BE 76C/1.WHEN TODAY I GO THERE AND SAID THET TO THEM THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THERE DUTY TO GIVE ME SERVICE AND ASK ME GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND GET THE WRONG ADDRESS LETTER AT FIRST AND THE THEY ISSUE A NEW LETTER IN NAME OF ME,

IN THE MAIN TIME ONE PERSON FROM BACKOFFICE CAME AND SAID THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY NEW GAS CONNECTION TO ME UNLESS I HAVE THE WRONG LETTER FROM POST OFFICE.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IS MY FAULT?IS IT THE RIGHT WAY TO TALK WITH A CONSUMER AND GIVE THE SERVICE.

I REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM COMPANY LIKE INDENE.

I WANT THAT THE ISSUE IS SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IF IT NOT SOLVED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY........
