A US-based software company has accused Vikas Gupta (Vicky Gupta, Shawn Austin, Shawn.austin) from Baroda, India of cheating, siphoning off money and misusing the name of the firm to increase his own profit off many companies clients.

Executives)Nitin Wadhwani, Vikas Gupta — formed a phoney company in their name and cornered business worth Rs 20 lakh in one month alone..

Sitting up another company and steeling clients. That sounds dishonest to me.

My question: Is Vikas Gupta & Nitin Wadhwani, teaching to steal and siphoning off money and misusing the name of the firm to increase his own profit off your company clients & customer. He teach to many other developers that do this way.

2 Cyber criminal cases is pending with Vikas Gupta and Nitin Wadhwani name. Both are fired from two reputed software company in Baroda,Gujarat. Still he have no any Exp. Letter, salary slip of any company.

All documents are fake and they are cheat to many companies as well.

There are many ways to prevent oneself to be the next victim of Web Development / Software Project and SEO theft.

Apart from equipping yourself with relevant legal knowledge, on the technical aspect, you should have the below basic knowledge:

Vikas Gupta an Software Project thief, absconded from the police, changed the payment for his own profit. Just that simple. Once a Business Developer of a company providing his family with a very good income to running from the police with the future of jail time.
4) WAS it worth it? Did it provide you with long term income? Just where did it get you? What opinion does your wife have on this theft? What do your parents think about how you received this money? What does your in-laws think now? How are your brothers supporting you?
