I would like to complaint regarding my transaction ref no. 1********8. I have remitted this transaction on 7th October 2009. It has been failed due to some bank details error. Then I spoke to Henry( Cust. Service) on 14th October 2009 and he suggested me to open new beneficiary for sending money through Demand Draft which I did it on same day and he confirmed that he has sent email to particular dept. regarding this and he also confirmed that DD will be printed in 24HRS and will then send to the beneficiary by Courier. Then on 21st October I received email to verify the beneficiary details by Harish Shukla in Security Dept. which I again confirmed by email and also request him to call me for other issue. And now today on 26th October 09 I called to check the status of my transaction and still DD hasn\'t been sent out which pathetic customer service and also no one has responded my email with any issue which means there is nothing left to verify. This shows lack of communication within the dept. and ignoring the customer situation and necessity of the transaction. .

Above is the complaint i have registered on their website and against that they replied my complaint and requested 48 Hours on 26.10.09 and till today 28.10.09 I haven\'t received any update about my transaction.
I have been calling them since last 2 weeks and they been delaying this....
I therefore request you take some nasty steps regarding their irresponsible customer service.
I shall be waiting for your update on it if possible.

I support this complaint. After reading several complaints such as this one, I shall never use Remit2India for money transfers to India. It is shame that these companies are still in business. Thanks for taking the time to write this complaint and saving others from similar aggravation.
