Sir, im a student from jaipur. on 9th of july i got some problem in my sony vaio laptop. I went to their service centre and i was told that the external ram which i have used in the laptop is not working. The Ram was of kingston brand. I went to the kingston service centre to deposit it to get replaced. they deposited it by telling me the delivery time between 7-10 days. Today its 8th August, approx one month i have not received my product. Im not getting any response from their side. Even they are not treating the customers politely. Im really disappointed because of this. Im having issue with my laptop because of unavailability of Ram in it. Even i registered a complaint to their care line, but no action has been taken and false statements are made by them like its not available, custom issue and all. Im having lot of issue because of this.
