On 5th October 2014 my family and me boarded from Madgoa Railway station at 11. 30 Pm from Nethravathy Train (Lokamany Thilak). Train reached on time when we try to enter the coach B4 both the doors were closed. We banged the door several times no was opened the door. At last we entered through the other compartment and opened the door. During night time with luggage no one was there to open the Door. Luckily 10 minute halt was there in that station so we have enough time to enter through the other compartment and open the door. Otherwise what we will do if no one is there to open the door. So please give them proper warning to donot repeat the mistake. Our Ticket details are as follows.
