On 18 Jan 11, reached to reservatiion counter at 0740 hrs for making reservation in Flaknuma Express through tatkal quota on 20 Jan 11. My turn came at 0809 hrs and the reservation clerks had confirmed me that there is no room available and it has regretted. When I requested him and asked him that how can it possible, he replied that with in 4-5 minutes only it gets filled up. In the meantime, some brokers came and aksed me that they can get me a reservation, if I give some extra money. I went to home and reached at 0830 hrs and revealed in Internet at 0834 hrs, it shown me as waiting list No 1 only.

In view of the above facts, may I humbly request your high office to look into the matter and take necessary action against the clerk.
