THIS AGGREMENT IS TOWARDS PROVIDING PART TIME COOK SERVICES AND SUPPORTING THIS ACTIVITY FOR ATLEAST AN YEAR

On 10-07-2010 I signed aggrement with Shekar (cell # ********38) from IRIS Multi services by aggreing to pay Rs1500/ per month towards the part time cook and paid Rs2000 towards initial membership advance as a part payment. Both parties aggreed to start the services from 11-07-2010 and the timeings will be from morning 5.30 AM to 7.00AM.

Cook didn't turned up for next few days, even after several phone calls to IRIS Multi services, Shekar started saying on some urgent work, he is in Andra and he will send new cook with his collegues and which never happened even after several weeks of waiting.

Then, we started asking to return the money all along he was saying
"this is his brother speaking, he will inform once he is back"
"he is heading to Andra, and he would be back only after next few days"
"he is in Andra, he will be coming by next week, and he would come over to return the money"

don't to how many people he is fooling, we appreciate your help to straighten these kind of guys, 1) Doing this fraud, 2)creating lot of problems to people who work honestly with lot of intigrity, 3)To get my money back.
