I have taken a new connection of IPTV from MyWAY Co. but after given the connection no one representative come to explain that how to operate it. I have have complained to rep. no. of times, he committed but never come or send to any one from co.
I have told to disconnect the connection but response given to me & it is remarkable that "no. of call center" does not work, "mob. no. of rep." not picked by rep. , "land line no." not responds.
So I have decided for disconnection but how ? & how will you refund my security deposit of Rs.1500.00.
In my opinion it is worst class service which I never seen..................
