Dear sir,

This is to officially lodge my complaint that-

I brought my iPhone to FI Info Solutions i.e. Apple authorised service centre as it would sometimes hang while working.
They suggested a software update to resolve the problem.
The iPhone was in ON & working conditions at the time I submitted it
They made me enter the password and turn off location service before taking it for software update.
They returned the iPhone to me in about half an hour n charged me Rs 570 as fee for software update vide receipt no JAI 000442
in the presence of their people I tried to turn iphone on and found that the phone had become dead.
The service executive also could not turn it on even after trying for another half an hour
And simply returned the fee of Rs 570, and said it happens !! And returned me the iPhone in Non Working condition.

Please take this complaint and replace my iPhone free of cost as it is entirely their mistake.
Copy of receipt enclosed.
