Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the problem i am facing with my iPhone-4, 16 GB, whose warranty expires on 19th July,2014.

1) Please note that we had purchased from Kolkata the new phone on !9th July'13, and due to some hardware problem, we had approached the authorised service station ( Macintel Group at 190 C Rashbehari Road, Kolkata - 29 ), and they again replaced the Iphone-4 with same configuration, but was not company seal pack.

2) Please note the undersign is studying in Banglore, and again similar problem being found in the new hand set in just one month time, for which I approached twice at Imagine store in Banglore ( Shoppers Stop ) and restored the setting and software. You will also find our complaint registered.

3) Now we are finding frequent problem with the hand set, like phone getting hanged / home button get stuck / automatic close down of mobile and for which we have mailed so many times and the concern person from apple service station also called and registered the complaint under case ID no: ********43 / ********7 and same was noted, but end of the day our problem is unresolved.

4) Today again I had approaced the service station of Imagine store and now they are asking me to deposit the hand set for verification and diagonisis.

5) Sir / Madam, please try to understand that the phone one year gurantee will expire on 19th July'14 and now only 5 to 6 working days left before the warrranty get expired, hence kindly extend the guranteed period, before the problem is resolved or replace the hand set.

We are simply being harrassed as we had contacted so many times your Apple Service Station, and are everytime we being assured that problem will be resolved. I have also retained the recording of various telephonic conversation had.
