Sir, i hv informed ur customer service centre regarding internet failure at my home network. i told them that internet sevice is working everywhere except at my home network in my mobile, but it surprised, after 3 time complain they response me after 2 days and they suggest to reset int. setting, i told him it is not abt. setting problem but he avoid me saying the same. Now it has 6 days has gone, the problem has not fixed. Most surprising i am not able to connect custo. service centre, hope hv blocked to my number.
Hopes matter will be soon resolved.
