HI, I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR SERVICE FROM VERY LONG TIME.AND SUDDENLY NOW YOU HAVE SEND ME A HUGE BILL WHICH IS MORE THEN RS.2000..WHICH IS NOT A JOKE.I WENT TO VODAFONE GALLERY AND SPOKE TO THE CONCERNED PERSON AND EVEN SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGE FOR DATA.AND EVEN SHE HAS PUT IN THE REQUEST FROM HER END IN YOUR SYSTEM.
.IF YOU CHECK MY BILL I HAVE ALWAYS MADE THE PAYMENTS ON TIME,IM USING TWO NOS.********53 AND ********10..IF YOU HAVE BILLED ME YOU SHOULD HAVE BILLED ME ON BOTH THE NOS WHY ONLY ON ONE NOS,BOTH NOS BELONG TO ME AND I IM PERSONALLY USING IT....AND IM SURE I HAVE NOT USE THE DATA SO MUCH.WHOLE DAY IM AT OFFICE NO TIME TO USE PHONE AND YOU PEOPLE SAY I HAVE USE THIS DATA..IT SHOWS I HAVE USED 850MB WHICH IS LESS THEN 1GB. AND THIS I NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FACED THIS ISSUE IT HAPPENED TWICE WITH ME LAST TIME I IGNORED BUT NOT THIS TIME ITS TOO MUCH VODAFONE SUCKS BIG TIME. .LOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR FROM YOU.EVERY ONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT VODAFONE REGARDING THE CHARGES....I HAVE ALSO POSTED THIS ON FACEBOOK AND EMAILING YOU PERSONALLY AS WELL.
