Iam unable to book taktal train tickets now a days at 8 am. Once again it has become very difficult in booking.

Till 7.59am it is working under normal condition, but once the time tick at 8am automatically the server has become unavailable and start working at 8.30am and i found all tickets were sold out and iam able to get only waitlisted tickets.

Iam able to get confrimed taktal tickets only at railway counter for any train, how could the internet terminal works over there and not on the home terminal for any individual. for getting this ticket at the railway counter, i use to stand right from 4.30am as first person to book the taktal ticket.

iam working in BPO office work at 2nd shift and come back home at 3am in the morning and without any rest i need to rush to counter to book the ticket.

Is this problem will be get settled or it will continue

At this time purposely you the railway department blocking the internet terminal or tell us what is the reason behind it.

please let me inform as soon as possibe.
