i tarun has sold no.946GZIS on 15th Jan 2007. after 2&1/2 year later it was not working properly the ram slot not detecting the ram properly so I didn\'t get display and comp is not booting. so have complaint to Intel about this and they given me case no:9243698. And we have send defective motherboard to company service center. but the reject the board saying that board is damage and their is no warranty on physical damage.
but after seeing the board i found that their is an slightly scratch on back side of the board. so i went to my friend who is mother board repairer in some service center. and ask him is their really an serious problem with it and he reply no their is a scratch but it is not that much big that company can reject this.
so kindly tell me what i have to do because i have to give motherboard to my client and if company don\'t give service i have to buy new board and give to them.
i am sending u an image of board show you what is actule problem.
and can you help me out from my loss.(to buy new M/B)

I support this complaint. my mother board is not saw any display since 1 week . series no is DG41RG
