Dear Sir / Madam,

I have revived a call by department GBIC MR Alok Srivastava ( 011-********) & Rahul Bhardwal (011-********) by Central Insurance Govt. Authority i have already compilation my Aegon policy cancel.

He told me all policy cancel some amount pay against PNM Services Pvt Ltd but already fraud with me PNM Services Pvt Ltd against cancel Aegon policy he issue Rs 86800/- investment Puja Mobile No ********38 & Rajeev/ Mayank ********72.

Reliance 8681147 (Client ID 8681147) Rs 15000 Date 25.02.2014 (Against Aegon Canalization )

Future Generali 01221894 (Contect ********95) Rs 30000 Date 25.07.2014 (Against Aegon Canalization )
