Vodafone Punjab - Insensitivity to its own customer Vodafone

Hi, I am Ajay Khanna regular customer for Vodafone post paid number ********32 from last three years. I am facing undue harassment from Vodafone end from last one month as simple request made number of times to N number of executives is still not ben entertained & seems call fallen on deaf ears.

I made the bill payment Rs 700 for September month through my credit card to & wrong entry happened to another account ********37 number currently inactive opertaional earlier on my name. I met personally to the executives at Vodafone show room at Sarabha Nagar & was been assured that entry reversal will occur with in 24 hrs.

After getting no resolution to the problem i have contacted Collection Manager Miss Komal ********82 & got assurance again from her end that same will be resolved immediately.

Till date i am waiting for answer to my problem but no solution seems to happening in this case. This is sheer lackadasical approach of Vodafone staff. I will like to dicontinue any relationship with such an organization which is insensitive to its own customers.
