Respected Sir/ Madam, I purchased a mobile phone, Model - Infocus M350, on 16th Feb 2016. It got dead suddenly while talking, then i submitted the phone at Bhubaneswar Service center, Svc engg. detected the Problem as Mother board dead, & booked a call bearing no # INFBBU1********DW. after that whenever i am calling to enquire, every time time they are telling me this model is now out dated, so it will take some more time ( no time confirmation yet). i asked them if ur model is going outdated within warranty even within 8 months, so is it my fault? so please replace my phone with another model. Now nobody is responding me neither replacing the phone nor confirming the ETA of mother board.
So please help me to get the same as i was working on that phone with some official apps.
