I order a book on 26th April (order number 10645413). I do not get it delivered even on May 7th. When I follow-up, this is the exact reply from customer care:
"In regards to the order, please note that the product is out of stock in one of our office. We are searching for the product from our various offices all over India. Please give us a little time for the searching process."


What kind of stupid reply is this? Were they manually peeking into every loft and corner in all there offices?


The story doesn’t end here. On 9th May, the order is cancelled. I do not get refund even by 19th May. I call them up and send email. I get assurance that somebody will get back to me.


Nothing happens until 4th June. I call my bank and come to know there is no refund. II send a mail which gets unanswered. I call customer care and after 5 mins of wait, I receive the same reply that somebody will get back to me asap. Nobody has got back yet.


I am now going to put up my complaint with consumer court and if possible with RBI.
