I have been travelling on MMTS since Jan 2012 onwards on First Class season ticket from Malakpet / Kacheguda to HiTec city at Hyderabad. I purchase quartely based season ticket booked at Kacheguda, valid from Feb 2017 till 26th May 2017 considering my ID proof at PAN Card and UTS code registered.

Recently, i.e. on 26th April 2017, i boarded return train 47187 at HiTec city station at 17:25 PM travelling upto Kacheguda. TC has boarded to check the tickets and i had shown the season ticket and my PAN Card copy as proof, but declined to consider PAN Card copy as Identify card and penalized me for Rs. 400/- (please find attached) and issued a receipt with wrong date i.e 26th Jun 2017 which is INCORRECT as well as the penalised amount too.

Appreciate if you could validate the penalization against me under this scenario and see that the amount is refunded considering the copy of ID proof is valid and also receipt issued is with advanced date.

Respected Sir,

I am traveling from Malakpet to Lingampally, Five members below 15 years old, they ragging and shouting to outside people with vulger languages, abused words on stand at footpath at door entrance, and high pitched voices, on that everybody suffering with their families

Kindly take action on them and control

I don't Understand do u ppl have any value of time or not... Y always Nampally train will late... Every day not once a time but every day it was late they are lots off ppl.. office employees, school students, college students, house workers who needs to go on time... But this train won't come on time...

Sir this is Mohd Rawoof today at 8pm when I went to booking counter one of the Madam who was sitting by viewing mobile when I asked her to give ticket to Borabanda she refused to give and told me to come after some time as the train today at 10 pm only...Even though I purchased the ticket by insisting her...She was with her small baby in the booking and behave very rashly ..
