India souq advertised through a page in facebook (http://www.facebook.com/IndiaSouqIndia). It was selling Samsung Galaxy s2 at Rs 10000.
I bought the product on August 16th with the order,Order Number-2578. I tried to contact their customer care number ( +91 ********44) which was again either out of reach or switched off.
I even left a message at the websites' message box,but again no response.I even mailed them but yet got no reply.
To add to my excruciating experience the website always shows "pending status against the order. I also sent a message on Facebook, but no reply
It had been 6 days since the day I ordered and yet the order status is still showing pending on their website, and the company cannot be reached by any means
whatsoever. I tried all means possible to reach them,but all was futile. PLEASE TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND ENSURE THAT I GET MY MONEY BACK

No response from Indiasouq or ccavenues. It seems ccavenues are also part of this scam. i also lost 10k against s2 galaxy. can any one guide us how to raise this issue in house of indian jurisdiction and bring them to justice. they are cheaters
same thing happned with me too , i booked S II phone on 14th August but still i haven't got my phone nor my money is refunded
now they have closed there site
