Today(25 feb 2013) order shipped as Fastrack Black Analog Men Watch - 3039SL01'' and the bill is not inside the packet.

The gift Acchies perfume also not their inside the packet .

I have been calling repeatedly almost everyday I have been receiving the answer saying product order will be generated in 24hrs which is not happening for past 2 months. I would like to know what exactly is happening as I have spent Rs1300/- Its not a small amount.I have already discuss with Komal, Swity and your all customer care people.They are not helping me to get my product.if i will not get my product in this week i will go to consumer court with all bill and voice recording.Please help me to get my product.
