My name is Abhishek. On 23rd August 2013 I placed an order on http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for a 3 KG cake to be delivered to my fiancee in Bidar. The cake i ordered was :Two Tier Cake Quantity : 3 kg Price Rs. 2500/- Delivery Charges : 100 Rs/ The payment was successfully done and i received an order number. Even one day before the delivery date i contacted the site and reminded them to deliver the cake. The replied that they will deliver the cake on time. On the day of delivery when i called in the afternoon they said that they will deliver it by 6 o clock in the evening. And when i called them at 6 o clock they said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today. They even didn?t showed any concerned towards intimating me that the cake will not be delivered.

They simply said that they will refund the money and disconnected the phone. After that whenever i tried calling them they simply disconnected the phone as soon as i start saying something. This kind of service really hurts the customer and i am filing a complaint here so that people can beware of such fraudsters . This site is a big cheat . Requesting everyone to never use this site.
