HANDSET MODEL NO. BB 9360, IMEI NO. – 35********94042
As on 10-09-2012- I Deposit my Handset Due to Display Problem (like some time rainbow line on display, some time display showing complete black, some time complete white) to B.M. Trading Patna and handset send to BlackBerry-Redington service Bangalore, after that I received my handset back on 28-09-2012, but my problem is as it is, I Deposit my handset to service center patna on next mints . Work order No.707
As on 28-10-2012 – I Deposit my handset 2nd time for same problem , on 25-10-2012 I received my handset back but problem is as it is, Work order No.810
As on 26-10-2012 - I Deposit my handset 3rd time to patna service center, Work order No. Is - PBM/BB/12/00924 (B.M. TRADING PATNA SERVICE CENTER)
If it not reparable then replace my handset
Plz ask me clearly is this genuine Service by black Barry service center, how any one purchases your handset invested 20k. Your service is not good comparatively Samsung or Nokia Business Phones.
I am going to sagest to any one in my company to purchase Blackberry phones due to very bad service of your company or service center.
Please tell me clearly how many time I’ll depositing my handset for same problem, your service people are doing their work honestly
