Personal - Inconvenience caused by neighbour construction of the drainage outlet

Just so you know, there is a new construction infront our house. They are constructing in such a way that the drainage/rainwater outlet is exactly infront of our gate. Which is causing problem to us. I would like make sure by bringing to your notice, they will move the drainage/rainwate outlet in such a way that its not causing problem to anyone.
Complainant's Goal: To make sure its not causing further problem to anyone.
