The staff in Laxmi Nager post office Delhi 92 are very rude and ill-mannered . I have an urgent requirement of money so I went to cash my kisan vikas patra premature (registration no 7886, 37BC 527088 DATE OF ISSUE 18.5.06 ). They answered that I cannot get cash today and spoke rudely to me.
i provided them with my verification document but they did not listen my request and asked me to come on monday as they do not have time today.
sir i need the money urgently .Please take necessary actions.
