I shifted to a room on rent through NESTAWAY. the AC was included in my room. I made all the payments and security payment. When I moved in, the AC was not working but the Move in manager assured that the AC shall be repaired in 2-3 days. After I shifted to the room, I kept calling move in manager for 4-5 days but he did not take my call. Thereafter I made a complaint against the same on NESTAWAY's customer care and they sent the technician after 2 daya. the technician said that the AC can't be repaired it needs to be replaced with a new AC. I immediately called the customer care and informed them about that and they assured that the AC shall be replaced in 2-3 days. I have been following up with them since then and it has been more than 10 days and the only response they give is that they are working on it and waiting for owners reply. The owner has not replied yet and they are not doing anything about it even when I have paid the entire amount to them. It is very difficult to stay in Delhi in such hot weather. I have not been given service and facilities even when I have paid for it.
