It is disheartening for me to complain about the prime incidence of mismanagement which took place on November 14, 2016 at MAHALAKSHMI HONDA, ADILABAD. I am a regular consumer of above mentioned service center located at Adilabad, Telangana.
Today morning I went to the mahalakshmi honda, adilabad. Sales Manager deployed by the showroom owner is very rude and talking in abusive language I said my vehicle unicorn 160 is give problem very often this is fifth time went with same problem in engine sound and sound in fiber body parts on plain road. The boorish service manager says there is no problem in vehicle, I went to floor incharge for clarification about vehicle service he reluctantly says we only use diesel after water service, where as your company itself says on your website we are very different form unorganized service center they use diesel which damages colour of the vehicle, very sorry to say your MAHALAKSHMI HONDA, ADILABAD cheating every consumer by making unethical practices mortification every consumer and mental harassment through there pathetic service.
I went to owner “Praveen Reddy†for explaining my point regarding the same issue he lost his mouth control talking/behaving like a goon and attacking on me in louder voice by saying we don’t provide any service as such tell where every you want will screw you if you complain will see your end, also threatening me will not live you, I sincerely request you people to take serious action on this dealer for cheating everyone.
Due to mistake of the administration I suffered atrocity suffered defamation and lot of tensions due to inhumane treatment of the Honda showroom staff and Management.
I request you to take some serious action and compensate me for the same.
