I 'm a member of 'OpinionGurus' a division of Markelytics, an International Market Research agency based out of Bangalore.
I do receive survey from their parent panel CINT in exchange of points that I can redeem as mentioned in the below mails which
was long pending for more than one & half years :

below are detailed activities against my user_id : chatterm
Created Transaction Type Amount Status
2012-12-12 Points from survey 700 Done
2012-12-06 Points from survey 1450 Done
2012-09-29 Points from survey 500 Done
2012-08-16 Panel Payment 3750 Pending
total outstanding points 3750 + 2650 = 6400
I've tried many times from opiniongurus to credit the above points in form of zip pay or
other approved methods via mail / telephone but without any result. They are giving
false representation all the times.
