i ordered for 9 piece of imitation jewellery with saurab. i got his contact through quiker.com and had conversation in whatsapp. transferred rs.2330 via sbi online transfer on 31st august 2015. the dealer said 3 of the necklace were not available he said in computer stocks its mentioned available but no stocks in godown and asked me to choose from new stock, i agreed and selected 3 new models and all 9 products were finalized. i kept waiting sent msgs on 7th, 8th, 9th his response was very bad, after long wait parcel arrived on 9th sep 2015. where 3 necklace were missing, and 1 broken necklace. i messaged the dealer immediately with photo of the product and told him i paid full money but he has not delivered as promised. i kept calling and messaging. kepp once picked call and said he is out of station he will check. he wont respond or pick my calls. he sent 2 msgs saying hw will check he is out of stations that's it. till date i have been calling him and requesting him to either refund money or give good condition products.
