Dear Sir/Madam,

i am a resident of Darjeeling , West Bengal and last week i visited Karvy"s Branch in Darjeeling to make my Pan Card but i was charged Rs.130 for my Pan card . I enquired and came to know that the Pan charges were Rs.105 and when asked about the higher charges the employee said that Rs.20 was for the forms and i believe the forms are for free. The Pan Employees of Darjeeling are overcharging their Customers and effecting the goodwill of the Co. if this continues i will take a legal action against the co. and its employees ..I would like the senior managers to take action againt the employee named Sunil of Darjeeling branch as soon as possibe as to avoid any legal prosecution..
