Sir,
in Gottigere I had bought a site, 80x50' dimension (sy.39 & site no 15) from Kamaraj (previously panchayat member) & two of his partners of Gottigere in Nov 2006. Till May 2007, I was constructing a building after panchayat sanction.
At the stage of putting pillar, one party came with another sale with another layout plan for the same site & they forced me to stop the work.
There was three sheds, about 8-10 tonnes of steel, sand, jelly & two pumps. They have taken it all & demolished the shed & are trying to put a compound wall forcibly.
Pillar footings they have closed with soil using JCB.

The problem -
on 04-01-2003 New sale deed made for the same site (for 4500sft)
between land lord Munichinnamma & her son Jayaram to Sanjeev Menon
with new layout plan (There is 6 yrs gap between first deed & this sale deed).
Without knowing this I started construction of a building from Dec
2006 with 2 borewells & drilling the rock for putting pillars. At the
stage of pillar Sanjeev Menon with some real estate agents in
Jayanagar(yadiyuru) to stop the construction as they told they have
one more sale deed.
There were 3 sheds. All those they have demolished
& taken away the materials & even bore well pipes removed with JCB. They are trying to put the compound wall & planning to sell it to some other party.
Initially they wanted money from me to settle the issue & when I refused, they are trying to sell it.
Local tea shop vendor one Mr.Venkatesh & his brother Lokesh know the details of those parties. He is the informer & also part of the gang in stealing the material. His Ph. ********95.
