Hi ,

I am engg graduate,working in IT mnc in network domain.Im having 4+ yrs exp.While i am looking for my carrer change,through job portals,these Helios&Matheson consultancy had my resume, and they told me,to arrange the interview for their client"bank of america".So i accepted for their client process.Ihave waited for their interview process.The person who called from Helios name is "Vinodhini -hr " from nungambakam office.Once i want to know the update,she said,my resume was not short listed.When i askd about the reason,she didnt menion the reason,behinf these.But my resume was already shortlisted by helios as well as bank of america.So i really felt and come to know that,these,Helios peoples do some politics around there in recruitement process.So again,i called and talk with Vinodhini.At that time she said,they are doing"Backdoor process" for bank of america opening.I was totally shocked,how can they do these cheap process with tier1 comp?? Also she indirectly invite me for that backdoor process.I said y shud i come for backdoor process,even my resume is suitable for client process already?? she said,that is only way,if i really want to process with bank of america..

So i left that opening.So guys,be aware,about some fraud people,who is working in Helios as HR/.They are indirectly invite the candidate for backdoor.And also spoiloing our oppurtunity with their politics.

The fraud guys are 1. vinodhini - numgambakkam helios , 2.) prabhu ,from Ascendas helios .Dont belive this frauds..
