Sdmc — illegal gates in c.r.park(e.p.d.p colony)

This is to complaint against illegal Gates in C.R.Park(E.P.D.P Colony). There is no timings adhered to as fixed by SDMC.Any time they close and lock the gates which causes intolerable inconvenience to all commuters.All MCD permissions and opening and closing times should be displayed on each and every Gate.
Stern action should be taken against those who do not adhere to rules and also against those who are responsible for enforcement of the rules.
