i have parked my two wheeler in KSRTC majectic parking area at 9:30 am,
i returned to collect my bike at 9:40 am, the con send authority forced me to pay the amount for 1 - 2 hours whereas there is no charges for parking under 1 hour (clearly written in the pass),
when i enquired the same with them they did not give me any answer & tried to snatch my bike key and started yelling badly at me. at last i paid them the amount for 1-2 hours.

this is third time that has happened to me.
