We, the Member of Tej Residance Welfare Society New Usmanpur living in New Usmanpur Delhi-53. That in our area some illegal factory are running. In these factory more than 30-35 labors to make packing, Steam Press and chemical adhesives, embroidery, manufacturing of Jeans Paint with Heavy sound machine. The said labors create lot of nuisance / public nuisance and often make filthy abuses and indulge in quarrels. The said labors keep commuting and make lot of noise thereby making the peaceful living of the residents disturbed and impossible.

We have made requests to all owners to stop the nuisance but they all said extending life threats to our family members. He is also trying to tress pass into the common areas meant for parking of vehicles. His labors roam freely in groups and they keep peeping in the houses thereby spoiling the atmosphere. The laborsers also smoke and drink in public which is bound to adversely affect the children and society. The house are meant for residence only but the commercial as well as industrial use and illegal activities in the house mentioned above is posing a great threat to the life and security of senior citizens in the area and specially in the day time when our children are away to work .

They all threaten to colony peoples and our family members of false implication in false cases so as to prevent us from complaining against the wrongful and illegal activities and nuisance being created by him and his workers /employees. They all also threatening to illegally tress pass the common area meant for public passages and utility and also the park for use of the senior citizens. There workers are habitually intimidating the local residents and children by show of force and violence and there is affray. The workers bath in public and make public toileting and littering making the environment unhealthy and polluted. Some factories members have REVOLVER (GUN).

You are therefore requested to take the necessary action against all factories and his workers in accordance with the provision of Delhi Police Act and Indian Penal Code and provide safety and security to our life and property.
