Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a flat in Ayanavaram, Chennai from a builder named Kundan Foundations & PKV Constructions for a cost of 6850000 and now after I took occupancy of the flat the builder has started constructing an additional floor on top of terrace with four extra houses and my car parking area was removed and a marked a smaller area.
When I checked with the builder he stated that he is constructing twelve houses so he has to accommodate 12 parking spaces so reducing my car parking area of 11x15sq. ft. to 10x10sq.ft.
When I checked with Chennai Corporation regarding the extra floor I found that builder has got no approval for the same and pursuing an illegal constructions in my apartment and the vacation notice and lock and seal for the unauthorized area have been served.
So I had to intimate the concerned authorities on the same through the sources known to my knowledge.
But now the builder says my car parking is no longer valid as he revoked it, even though I have a letter signed by him mentioning the parking area and the dimensions.
Also, the builder is yet to hand over the receipts for the payment I made and also the hand over certificate for my apartment and also yet to form a society.
When I checked with the builder regarding the issues I am facing, he refused to talk to me regarding the same and challenging me to take this matter with the court if I can.
Also, the sewage lines were leaking from the first floor to the parking area and poor quality materials were used both in construction and electricity installations.
Kindly help me resolving the issue asap.

The Builder Kundan Foundations and M/S PKV Construction (Mr.Mangalchand Jain) is a fraudulent company they always give false promises and really greedy to take all your money.
They also constructed a flat (RITZ GROVE) in Mayilappa St. in Ayanavaram with unapproved floor and now that apartment is in trouble too from the Chennai Corporation authorities. Now the approved owners like me who raised bank loans to buy an apartment is in great fear as we are loosing the hard earned money by investing in their apartment by listening to their enticing words.
